Sorry but we only ship within the UK, we aren't able to ship to Europe or worldwide.

Postage is free! All our prices include VAT and free delivery which includes all the UK islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

For most items we use Royal Mail 1st class post but for larger combined order and heavier items we use Parcelforce courier service.

For larger combined orders and heavier items ParcelForce courier service will be used and we use a next working day service for most items to UK mainland.

Due to their large size the Silky pole saws cannot be sent on a next working day service so they are send on a 48 hour service. Delivery of all courier items to the UK islands and Scottish Highlands can take an extra 1-2 days.

Yes items can be returned to us within 28 days of purchase providing they are returned clean, unused, in their original packaging with all labels intact and in re-saleable condition. Under the Distance Selling Regulations the cost of return postage is at your own expense.

Please return the item to Chainsdirect Ltd, Unit 6 Rinkway Business Park, Rink Drive, Swadlincote, DE11 8JL and include a copy of the Sales Receipt or a note giving us your name, address, contact number and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
